He was predeceased by : his parents, Page Williams and Ethel Williams; his wife Dorena Gay Williams; his daughter Rose Marie Harless; his granddaughter Tiffany Rose Newman; and his siblings, Nora Stover, Harry Williams, Herman Williams and Loren Williams.
He is survived by : his children, Enoch Williams and Cindy Williams; his siblings, Joy Bailey and Rev. Milton Williams; his half-sister Phyllis Agee; and his grandchildren, Enoch Williams, Tara West, Misti Rhodes, Lora Newman, Mark Mason Jr. and John Mason. He is also survived by Thirteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, along with many nieces and nephews.
