He is survived by: his parents, Patricia and Paul of Bolt; his brother Paul Jr. (Liz) of Bolt; his children, David (Taylor) of Beckley and SeanTai (Corey) of Jeffrey; his nephew Trey of Bolt; and his grandchildren, DJ, Hayden, Hayes, Scarlet and Maverick.
