He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Boe Miller (Heaven); his parents, Ronald Miller and Norma Sullins Miller; his son Zackary Miller; his wife Patsy Miller; his daughter Lindsay Mills (Matt); his grandsons, Noah Toler and Eli Hearns; and his siblings, Ronald "Butch" Miller (Debbie), Janice Howard (Ralph) and Tammy Whitlow (Mike).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church (2481 Clear Fork Rd, Clear Fork, WV 24822). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
