He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Smith and Margaret Knapp McKown. He is survived by: his wife Vickie McKown; his daughters, Christine McKown and Melissa Love; and his grandchildren, Jon Lyons, Emma Arnold and Madeline McKown Tignor.
