He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Mae Perkins Collins; and his brother Anthony Arnold Collins. He is survived by: his father William Arnold Collins; his significant other Missy; and his siblings, Billy Collins, Jeffrey Brannon, Brenda Yeager, Karen Kirby, Sheila Brannon, Patricia Talley and Bertha Hewitt. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
