Though Norma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Norma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Blankenship and Hazel Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband James Barker; and her sons, Mark McNeely (Christina) and Jimmy Barker (Jen).
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jeffrey Church of God (629 Hewett Creek Rd, Jeffrey, WV 25114).
