She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammy Ball and Edie Ball of Hewett, WV.; her son George Gary "Bubby" Caldwell; and her siblings, Vicky, Penny and Paul Ray Ball.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Caldwell; her daughters, Samantha Price (Willie) of Hurricane, WV and Christina Mullins (Bill) of Madison, WV; her grandchildren, Chelsea Pauley (Gunner), Rikki Lynn Walters (Wade), Sydney McComas (Brady), Tanner Price, Maddie Mullins, Marlie Mullins, Alex Caldwell and Abby Thompson; and her great grandchildren, Piercen Pauley, Gabby Pauley, Titus Walters and Lyla McComas.
