He is survived by: his wife Patty Harper (Cline); his siblings, Lonnie, Clarence Harper, Betty and Phoebe (Dale); his children, Lelia Tanner, Lisa (Jesse Toler), Carl, Josh, William (Belvia), Larry (Allison) and Eric; and his stepgrandson Aaron. He is also survived by other grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other dear friends and family.
