She is survived by: her husband Butch Puett; her sons, Chuck Puett (Ashley) of Coal Mountain, WV and Justin Puett (Jodie) of Charleston, WV; her granddaughter Carly Browning (Jared) of Proctorville, Ohio; her sisters, Jeanie Rhodes (Mike) of Oceana, WV, Peggy Davis of Tuscaloosa and Anita Mullins (Gene) of Beckley, WV; and her brother-in-law Kirby Puett (Tina) of Clear Fork, WV.. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
