Lemley Simmons; his sisters, Sarah Simmons Tennant of Fairmont, Ruth Simmons Moore (Gary) of Cape Coral, FL and Judy Simmons Riley (Gary) of Jane Lew, WV; and his close friend Nino Mancino. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
