He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wayne and Gladys Dulaney (Delaney); his wife Rose Marie Dulaney (McClure); and his siblings, Zane Dulaney, James Poulton, Wanema Roberts, Reda Mae Amos, Geneva McCarthy and Norma Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Schupbach (Sam) of Colliers, WV and Kevin Dulaney (Paula) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Ryan Schupbach (Mickeal Connor), Devin Dulaney (Ree), Keli Crosco (Ryan) and Kaylea Harrick (Jake); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Charlie, Amelia, Sawyer, Abigail, Tanner, Sammy and Riley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may go to Colliers United Methodist Church.
