It is with sadness that the passing of Geraldine Alma Rahr of Colliers, West Virginia is shared. Geraldine, born on May 18, 1946 in Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on October 16, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Geraldine Alma Rahr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Mains and Rachel Mains (Broadway); her sister Judy O'Brien; and her brother-in-law Jeff Williams. She is survived by: her sons, James Walter Rahr (Heather) of Colliers, WV and Mark Allen Rahr (Amanda) of Donora, PA; her grandchildren, Jacob Christopher Rahr, Ravyn Artemis Rahr, Brendan James Rahr, Kalleigh Grace Rahr, Krenna Grace Rahr, Ethan Patrick Rahr and Bryson Charles Rahr; and her sister Hope Diane Williams of Mt. Vernon, OH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and her beloved church family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:15 PM at the St. John Cemetery (1300 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV 26070).
