He was predeceased by: his parents, Okie B. Floyd, Jr. and Carol Lee Floyd (Llewellyn); his brother Okie B. Floyd, III; his aunt Esther Floyd; his parents-in-law, Howard and Geraldine Snodgrass, Jr.; and his brother-in-law William Westling.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Floyd (Snodgrass); his children, Alison Foresha (Tom) of Weirton, WV and John DiPasquale (Julie) of Glendale, WV; his grandchildren, Ethan DiPasquale (Caitlin Canada), Elizabeth Foresha (Matthew Swanson), Evan DiPasquale, Alexa Foresha, Elaina Foresha and Emilia DiPasquale; his siblings, Jeffrey Floyd of Follansbee, WV, Candy Romitti (Doug) of Follansbee, WV and Cindy Westling of Reynoldsburg, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Beckelhimer (Robert) of Colliers, WV, Cindy Taylor (Rick) of Colliers, WV, Howard "Chip" Snodgrass (Joanne) and Matt Snodgrass (Melanie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with many great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
