She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Black Sr. and Anne Black (Jones); her husband Santy Galiano; her children, Santy Lee Galiano and Christina Barker; and her siblings, Clarence "Pete" Black Sr., Roxanne "Roxie" Rairigh, Jesse Allen Black Jr. and Margaret Grace Black.

She is survived by : her sons, Bill Galiano (Sherry) of Wellsburg, WV, Eric Galiano (Wilsie) of Colliers, WV and Mark Galiano (Michelle) of Colliers, WV; and her brother Joe Black of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
