He is survived by: his parents, Charles "Bill" Riggs and Michele Lynn Riggs (Bilak) of Colliers; his child Brennen; the mother of his child Jessica Byers; his child Arabella; his sister Sara Riggs (Quintan Pizer); his nephew Holden; and his grandfather Mike Bilak. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
