With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Dorothy Scott of Colliers, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Byers and Virginia Byers (Smith); her husband Williard E. Scott; and her siblings, Clara Lee Sisinni, Jacqueline Kidd, Janet Dotson and Ronald Byers.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Scott (Kim) of Dixon, CA and William Scott (Bobbie Jo) of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, Samantha Mailos (Jaydes), Tyler, Haley, Jonathan (Ariana), Selena, Will and Skyler; and her great grandchild Korrina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
