With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Dorothy Scott of Colliers, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Byers and Virginia Byers (Smith); her husband Williard E. Scott; and her siblings, Clara Lee Sisinni, Jacqueline Kidd, Janet Dotson and Ronald Byers.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Scott (Kim) of Dixon, CA and William Scott (Bobbie Jo) of Follansbee, WV; her grandchildren, Samantha Mailos (Jaydes), Tyler, Haley, Jonathan (Ariana), Selena, Will and Skyler; and her great grandchild Korrina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM.
