He is survived by: his wife Loretta Forester (Kimball); his children, Robert Brian Forester and Tracy Gatten; his grandchildren, Kaleb and Ave Gatten; and his sister Ruby Duval. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
