It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Stillson of Colliers, West Virginia, born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Perley Underwood and DeEtta Underwood (Spencer); her former life partner James J. Shiflett; her husband Michael A. Stillson; her sons, Michael A. Stillson and Rocco P. Stillson; and her siblings, Lawrence, Robin, Joseph Underwood and Deanna Riter.

She is survived by : her sons, James E. Shiflett (Barbara) of Colliers, WV and Matthew Stillson (Shannon Lewis) of Waverly, WV; her grandchildren, James M Shiflett, Matthew C. Stillson, Katelin Stillson, Alicia Vansickel (Brandon) and Nicholas R. Stillson (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Carson and Caiden Vansickel; her brother Perley Edward Underwood of St. Clairsville, OH; and her sisters-in-law, Janice and Elaine Underwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
