He is survived by: his wife DeAnne Lynn Brewer; his daughter Stephaine Nicole Fowler; his grandson William Jackson Fowler III; his sisters, Sue McCoy (Ray), Diane Swango (Tim) and Helen Bednarczyk; his brother-in-law Derek Echelmeyer; and his friend John.
