He is survived by: his children, Charles P. Bolen (Amy) of Jacksonville, FL, Joy B. Bolen-McColgan (Rexall) of Branchland, WV and L. Ross Bolen (Johannah) of Greensboro, NC; and his siblings, Leslie Bolen (Dee) of Ghent, WV and Judy Bolen Shulick of Oak Island, NC. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
