It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Grose of Cool Ridge, West Virginia, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Wesley Grose; her parents, Lenzie Basham and Gladie Basham; her great grandchild Kinley Heart Grose; and her siblings, Kenneth Basham, David Basham (Bo), Vernon Basham (Buz), Shelby Keaton, Alice Meadows and Linda Mae Basham.

She is survived by : her children, Wesley Grose Jr. (Lisa) and Jean Miles (Rodney Long); her grandchildren, Khristina "Tia" Via (Brandon Kelley), Trae Via (Meghan), Greyson Miles and Hunter Grose (Katie); and also, Makenzi Via, Jax Via, Deluca Johnson, Taygan Bridgeman, Holden Grose and Harlow Grose.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
