He was predeceased by: his father Norman Kenneth Pack. He is survived by: his mother Mintie Joan Harvey Pack of Cool Ridge; and his siblings, Rev. Gary Pack (Sue) of Parkersburg, Dreama McIntosh (Eric) of Andrews and Tammy Adkins (Bryan) of Sandstone.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Amos E. Quesenberry Chapel of Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
