He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Jo Fanning; his siblings, Gwen Lively (Dave) and Ken Fanning; his children, Lorie Beth Hunter, Thomas Cecil Fanning and Joe Robert Fanning; his grandchildren, Lillie Beth Hunter, Mathieu Cecil Fanning, Xavier Jayden Blake Fanning, Lucas Scott Fanning, Daisy Renee Fanning and Easton Joe Fanning; his nephew Sam Lively (Jen); and his great-nephew Andy Lively.
