He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eddy and Sarepta Darrah Eddy; and his wife Janice L. Eddy. He is survived by: his sister Ellen Bolyard (Bob); his sisters-in-law, Pam Eddy of Mt. Morris, PA, Marsha Layton (Eddie) of Mt. Morris, PA and Michelle Bussey of Core, WV; his parents-in-law, Fred and Lenora Bussey; his nieces and nephews, Nicholas Eddy (Sarah), Betty Nicholson (Jason), Justin Bolyard (Jessica), Leah Bowen (Jeremiah) and Leslie Eddy (Robbie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Braxton, Reese Eddy, Charlie, Elleann Bowen and Miranda Nicholson; his half-brother Neil Eddy (Michelle) of Core; his son Thomas L. "Tommy" Eddy, Jr.; and his brother Norman Eddy. He is also survived by cousins, extended family members, and friends.
