We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2025, at the age of 70, Patricia Ann Mooney of Costa, West Virginia passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruben Barker and Pauline Barker; her parents-in-law, Johnny and Polly Mooney; and her siblings-in-law, Fay Mooney and Lee Estep.
She is survived by: her husband J. R. Mooney; her children, Kimberly Keffer, Brittany Gillespie (Mark) and Dusty Carrol; her siblings, Lou Estep, Doug Barker (Debbie) and Roger Barker (Linda); her grandchildren, Collin, Cameron, Landyn, Brody, Bryce and Mila Fay; her great grandchild Oakley Mae; and her pets, Brandy and Millie Jo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Handley Funeral Home- Danville (439 Phipps Ave, Danville, WV 25053). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Barker Cemetery.
