He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Fields and Phoebe Ann Fields (Critchfield); and his brother Eugene Fields. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Kay Fields (Buckner); his daughters, Amy Landis (Brandon) of Kenna, WV and Amanda Dyer (Ben) of Bills Creek, WV; his siblings, Scottie Fields of Gay, WV, Bonnie Little of Ripley, Rosemary Lambert of Charleston and Missy Rogers of Cottageville; and his stepchildren, Justin Randolph (Katey) of Mason and Brooke Randolph (Shane Miller). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
