She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Nelson and Lucy Cochran Nelson; and her siblings, Leonard Nelson Jr., Edward Nelson and Linda Adams.
She is survived by: her husband Roscoe Smith; her sons, Roscoe Smith Jr. (Tammy) of Point Pleasant, WV and Jackie Smith (Michelle) of Ft. Gay, WV; her stepdaughter Paula Nelson (Chuck) of Kiahsville, WV; her grandchildren, Roscoe Dowler Smith, Brandie Sheree Henry, Ethan Jones, Carley Nelson Kelly, Jacob Smith, Hanna Smith and Joshua Smith; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah Smith, J. T. Henry, Jace Henry and Vivianne Smith.
