Debbie Kaye Cool Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debbie Kaye Cool of Cowen, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Brown and Eloise Davis Brown; and her husband James "Bucky" Cool. She is survived by: her daughters, Karla Clutter (Randy) and Stephanie Cool (Justin Williams); her brother Gary Cutlip; her grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Avah Prater, Eliana, Addisyn and Elijah Clutter; and her sister-in-law Linda Cool. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
