Debbie Kaye Cool Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debbie Kaye Cool of Cowen, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Brown and Eloise Davis Brown; and her husband James "Bucky" Cool. She is survived by: her daughters, Karla Clutter (Randy) and Stephanie Cool (Justin Williams); her brother Gary Cutlip; her grandchildren, Emma, Liam, Avah Prater, Eliana, Addisyn and Elijah Clutter; and her sister-in-law Linda Cool. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
