He is survived by: his wife Retha; his children, Angela Crouso (Greg) of Cowen, Keith Russell (Jody) of Streetsboro, OH, Joey Russell (Noel) of Warrenton, VA, Heather Russell of Clarion, PA, Jackie Russell of Clarion, PA, Cathy Claypool of Cowen, Tina Gilles (Donnie Jones) of Ripley, Bobby Gilles (Angie) of Webster Springs and Charlie Bill Hamrick (Martia) of Thomasville, NC; and his sisters, Carrol Walker and Connie Russell. He is also survived by many grandkids and great grandkids and many other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Love and Life Fellowship Church (328 Williams River Rd, Cowen, WV 26206). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
