She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Totino and Mabel Cowger Totino; her son Vincent E. Cogar; and her son-in-law Bill Holleman. She is survived by: her husband Garcie R. Cogar; her children, Bobby Cogar, Cathyrn "Lynn" Gregory (Mitchell), Sharon Holleman, Theresa Burnside (Mark) of Rock Cave, WV, Crisstina Cogar and Vivian Cogar of Webster Springs; her stepson David Cogar (Cathy) of Webster Springs; and her sister Kathleen Cogar of Florida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and also numerous nieces and nephews.
