He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hoke and Lucille Spence Hoke; his wife Phyllis Hoke; and his brothers, Benny Hoke and Mike Hoke.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Hoke, Rachel Hoke of Webster Springs, Kayla Hoke Feagans, Jonathan Feagans of Cowen and Ryan Hoke of Cowen; his siblings, Roger, Evan, Albert, Venita Kessler, Bonnie Paul, Loretta Chaffin and Carla Hoke; and his grandchildren, Devin and Gavin.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (160 Railroad Ave W, Cowen, WV 26206). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
