He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Gene" Rose and Arlice Barnett "Lucy" Rose; his wife Charlotte Rose; his sons, Charles Eugene Rose and William Rosco Rose, Jr.; and his siblings, Argel K. Rose, Emol F. Rose, Phillip N. Rose, Eugene Roger Rose, Carolyn "Cookie" Goldsmith, Francis L. Rose and Richard L. Rose.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lauri Spence (David) of Cowen and Heather Smith (James Petrey) of Cowen; his siblings, Arnold "Claude" Rose, Edward Rose, Kay Reisz, Patricia Rose and Catherine Vance; and his grandchildren, Holly Rose, Christopher Rose, Andrew Rose, Phillip Rose, Aaron Rose, Thomas Spence, Amber Spence, Valerie Smith, Megan Smith and Alexa Holcomb. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
