She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Vance Ford and Julia Elizabeth Ford; and her brother Keith Church. She is survived by: her siblings, Tommie Jo Adkins of Canton, Eloise Ward (Johnathan) of Beaver, Raymond Church of Canton and Garland Church of Laurel, Delaware.; and her children, Katie Ickes (Austin) of Crab Orchard, Natalie Mills (Caleb) and Mason Ford of Beckley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
