We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2023, at the age of 81, Charles Edward Sheppard of Crawley, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Sheppard and Ethel Sheppard (Hanna); and his siblings, Gene, James, Clarence "Bud" Sheppard and Virginia Legg.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Kellison Sheppard; his daughter Janet Sheppard of Keiffer; and his siblings, Calvin Sheppard of Meadow Bridge, Curtis Sheppard of Laurel Fork, VA, Mary Wylie of Williamsburg and Vanda Sheppard of Georgia.
