She was predeceased by: her parents, Jethro Spaulding and Louise Hodge; her sisters, Betty Colleen Smith, Deloris Jude, Alice Faye Mullins and Billie Jean Pinkerton; and her children, Ermal Mullins III and Hazel Mullins (Ermal "Junebug" Mullins).
She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Jean Mullins of Charleston and Rosa Bell Mullins of Columbus; and her sister Hazel Messer (Bob) of Louisa. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchild.
