He is survived by: his parents, Loretta Garrison and George Summers; his sister Bonnie Lou Hager (Matthew Myers); and his cousins, Josh Stafford and Stephen Stafford. He is also survived by other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Gatens-Harding Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
