He was predeceased by: his father Russell Harrah; his wife Linda Sue; his stepfather Richard Harrah; his siblings, Anna Morton, George Harrah and Harold Harrah; and his father-in-law Charlie Nutter.
He is survived by: his son Robert Earl II; his siblings, Russell, David, Billy Harrah (Patricia), Becky Harrah and Donna Harrah-Hunley; and his mother-in-law Rosie Nutter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
