She is survived by: her husband John Westley Lewis; her children, Jeremy Patton (Jennifer) of Lester, Christopher Patton (Amber) of Kentucky and Jessica Patton (Steven Pack) of Ansted; her stepchildren, Kelly Marie Brown (Michael) of Meadow Bridge, Weston Lee Lewis of Beckley, Terri Lynn Hart (Brian) of Stanaford and John Mitchell Goff of New York; and her daughter Adida Schmidt (Frank) of Somerset. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
