He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Carl Massey and Bessie Mae Brammer Massey of Daniels; his siblings, Ila Massey, Vernard Massey and Gladys Rice; and his wife Anna Lee Meador Massey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deanna Massey (late Sheldon Bell) of Montross, Virginia-Pamela Meador (Mike) of Daniels and Sheila Barnett (Donald) of Shady Spring; and his nephew Charlie Rice of Beaver. He is also survived by friends, former co-workers.
