We are sad to announce that, on May 11, 2026, at the age of 71, Edmond Edward Stearns Sr. of Daniels, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Edmond may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Edmond touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Stearns and Katherine Cianchetti Stearns; and his siblings, Robert Stearns and Kathy Stearns. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Peno Stearns; his children, Melissa A. Scott (Kenneth), Edmond Stearns, Jr. and Richard Thomas (Jamie); his grandchildren, Isaac Stearns, Allie Marie Stearns and Lexi Stearns; and his siblings, Irving Stearns, Jr., Carol Dart (Dave) and Billy Stearns.
