She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Edward Kincaid and Lora Plumley Kincaid; her husband Arthur Ballengee; and her siblings, Jesse Kincaid, Jimmy Kincaid, Bobby Kincaid, Kathleen Richmond, Ethelene Ballengee, Lillian Kincaid and Dolly Kincaid.

She is survived by : her children, Russell Ballengee (Melissa) of Jumping Branch, Richard Ballengee (Robin) of Shady Spring, Arthur David Ballengee of Bennett Mountain, Violet Ballengee of Daniels and Carol Plumley (William) of Cool Ridge; her stepson Homer Plumley of Plumley Mountain; and her sister Ruby Phillips (Gary) of Glen Morgan. She is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and one great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Home Shady Spring Chapel (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
