We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2025, at the age of 81, Mary Cathleen Young of Daniels, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Lucas and Rosetta "Rosie" Lucas; her former husband Charles James Young; her close friend David Loveday; her children, Betty Ann Young and Charles Ray Young; her granddaughter Amanda Rose Young; and her great grandchild Brayden Isaac Runyon.
She is survived by: her brother Billy Lucas (Martha); her sister-in-law Evelyn Lucas; her children, J. D. Young (Leesa), Lily Ann Smith (Keith) and Vanessa J. Taylor (George); and her nieces, Sandra Lucas-Stafford and Julie Lucas-Martin. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews; and many other cousins and friends.
