He is survived by : his parents, Billy Ray Vance of Uneeda, WV and Lisa Keeney Miller of Pelion, SC; his sister Hannah Adams (Jeff); and his nieces, Bethany, Isabella and Gianna. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
