He was predeceased by: his wife Tena Belle Gilkerson Ferguson; his son Rev. Charles Howard Ferguson, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Marsha Bell Ferguson; and his parents, John Ferguson and Ninnie Jude Ferguson.
He is survived by: his son Rev. Gary Randall Ferguson of Danville; and his daughter-in-law Deborah Perry Ferguson of Ashland, Kentucky.. He is also survived by friends and fellow brothers and sisters.
