She was predeceased by : her parents, Kern Hatfield and Nancy Hatfield; and her brothers, Charles, Conard, Paul Dean, Terry, Carl (Bud) and Anderson Dee.

She is survived by : her husband Dennis Adkins; her daughter Cathy Simpkins; her siblings, Tom Hatfield, Helen Dotson, Lucille Pauley (Bob), Pauline Stewart and Rita Ann Meadows (Don); her children, Kenny, Chris Adkins, Trena and Cindy; and her grandchildren, Tracy Jones (Jason), Jeremy Adkins, Deidre Doll, Amanda Adkins, Brandon Adkins, Kierstin Adkins and Hunter Adkins.
