He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Edward Black and Betty Lee Tinsley Black. He is survived by : his wife Betty Jo Looney Black; his daughter Kerrie Black of Danville, WV; his grandson Carson Black of Danville, WV; and his sister Sandra Nestor of Ohio.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery.
