She was predeceased by : her parents, William Boothe and Mary Boothe (Green); her siblings, Ralph, Roger Boothe and Rosemary Boothe McCray (William "Bill" Church); her son Bill Church; and her nephew Jim Booth.

She is survived by : her brother Dale Boothe of Rock Creek; her nieces, Wendy Miller (Roger) of Uneeda, London Gibson of Gilbert and DeeDee Seagraves (Robert) of Savannah, GA.; her nephew Joey Boothe of Erie, Pennsylvania.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chilo Miller, Courtney Seagraves, Christopher Booth, Brandon Booth and Cody Miller; her friends, Betty Green and James Nelson; and her pet Gracie Lou.
