He is survived by: his wife Darlene Blevins; his children, Kimberly Noll (Allen), Roger "Pep" Blevins (Ollie), Chris Blevins (Amy) and Jamie Blevins (Marie); his siblings, Pat Dingess, Sharon Blevins, Mary Mullins, Betty Hensley (Clifford), Billy Blevins and Bert Blevins; his grandchildren, Lance Sanders, Felicia Sanders, Brandon Sanders, Seth Blevins, Jessica Hayley Noll, Kenna Noll, Camron Evans, Kiersten Blevins and Camilla Clevenger; and his great grandchildren, Damien Frantz, Autumn Rose, Summer Rain and Richard "Bubba" Clevenger.
