He was predeceased by: his son Brian A. Blevins; his parents, Ernest Blevins and Nellie Blevins (Hayes); and his parents-in-law, Rexel and Lucille Egnor.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blevins (Egnor); his son Douglas Blevins; his grandchildren, Sabian Blevins, Lakin Blevins, Shane Barnes and Savannah Paige Burford; his sister Sheila Roark (Blevins); and his aunt Juanita Blevins (Aunt John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
