He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Harvey and Agnes Harvey; his son Thomas Scott; and his siblings, Otis Harvey, Dockie Harvey, Judy Miller and Kathy Johner.
He is survived by: his son Tony Marvin (Angela); his wife Francis "Jenny" Harvey; his son Gordon Harvey (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Jon Harvey (Laina), Caleb Harvey (Laura), Anna Hammond (Colton), Corey Harvey (Nyi Nyi Myin) and Connor Harvey (Marischen). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.
